We organised a CME lunch seminar on Atrial Fibrillation (AF) and Stroke. This initiative is particularly pertinent in Singapore, where the prevalence of AF among individuals aged 55 and above is approximately 1.5%, with the risk increasing significantly with age.
Given that AF increases the risk of stroke by five times, this seminar aims to equip healthcare professionals with the latest advancements in the prevention, diagnosis, and management of AF and its associated stroke risk.
Through expert-led discussions and case-based learning, participants will gain valuable clinical insights to enhance cardiovascular care.
